I've been a customer for almost 3 years. I've been through MANY ups and DOWNS with them. For hosting CHEAP basic websites, they are pretty good. Support emails usually answered in less than 24hours. I've seen the "Canned" responses as well. There are SOME downtimes usually less than an hour at a time. Also webmail has been a nightmare lately, but seems to be fixed now. Their Control Panel is NOT FULLY automated. It sends an email request for many requests. I recently opened a site requiring MySQL. It took 9 months for them to let me use MySQL from the time they said they had to when I started using it. Today I'm leaving M6.net as they are very new to MySQL and the service and support of MySQL is unacceptable. Suprisingly I have an Access database site at M6.net that is slow but works and has successfully worked for 2 years. Just becareful about your needs. I used them successfully for about 2 years and just recently outgrew them.
